- Someone who can cook home-style or traditional dishes from their country
- Someone who enjoys interacting with customers
- Someone who wants to try something new
- Applicants from countries other than the Philippines, Italy, Taiwan, South India, and the United States are especially welcome
(We hope to introduce cuisines from countries we haven’t featured yet.)
