個人情報を収集する際は、あらかじめ利用目的を明示し、適正な手段により収集します。 収集した個人情報は、ご本人の同意がある場合や法令に基づく場合を除き、 利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で利用します。

個人情報の権利の尊重

法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人またはその代理人からの求めによる個人情報の開示、 訂正、削除、利用停止等に対応いたします。開示等に応じられない時は、その旨を通知いたします。

個人情報の第三者への提供

原則として、ご本人の同意がある場合や法令に基づく場合を除き、個人情報を第三者へ提供いたしません。 ただし、業務上必要な場合で第三者に提供する際は、あらかじめその旨を明示してから行います。
